For this near tear-down remodel we designed the architectural changes, specified interior materials and finishes, and selected/designed the furniture. The original 2100 sq ft. plain late 50's home was enlarged extensively and reconfigured to encompass a new 2800 sq ft home with an open floor plan. We added a new kitchen wing, expanded the living area into the rear patio, and added a spiral staircase which leads to a media room in the former basement. |
