Richard Gatling, LEED Green Associate

To better serve our clients who are increasingly interested in environmentally friendly design, Richard Gatling has recently studied for and taken the exam to become a LEED Green Associate.  We are happy to report he passed with flying colors!

LEED stands for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design and is a certification program that measures, verifies and certifies green building practices in homes and buildings throughout the country.  As residents of California we already incorporate many green practices but for those clients wanting to take it a step further we are now equipped to help you reach your green home goals.
